Here's some information you might find useful, along with terms and conditions to which, by purchasing, you are agreeing to.
Firstly, when buying a UK domain, you are bound by Nominet's Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration which can be found here.
Secondly, when buying any domain from us, you are bound by our Full Terms and Condition which can be found here.
As a small company your queries and requests will be dealt with as fast as possible, usually within 48 business hours.
We do not have automatic replies to confirm receipt of your queries, however if the request is likely to take over 48 business hours we will
endeavour to communicate that to you and to estimate when your request will be dealt with.
We work closely with clients, and most clients will have a direct personal relationship with us and so can also query us face to face, or via
any other means such as social media where we already have a relationship.
